Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping at DSA.

We ship each order promptly. For in-stock products, we typically ship the next business day after receiving a confirmed order; custom products usually ship within 3-5 business days after order confirmation.

For US locations - Shipping costs are subject to review and may change prior to shipment. We will contact you within 1 business day if additional charges apply.

California - For shipments within the state of California, we collect the applicable state and county sales taxes.

Canada - All custom, duties, and taxes are additional charges and the responsibility of the buyer.

Damage Information: Please inspect all packages for damage upon arrival. If damage is found, save ALL original packaging (inner and outer) and report damage to our Transportation Department at 800-327-3723, ext 102 within 2 business days.

Returns: Acceptance of returns is at the sole discretion of DSA. Custom products and sizes are not returnable. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization form issued by DSA. DSA will not accept any returns that are shipped freight collect. There is a minimum 25% restocking charge on returns of non-defective products.
