Returns

We strive to provide 100% satisfaction with all purchases. However, we know that at times some purchases do not work out the we had hoped. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will work with you to find the right solution.

To initiate the return process, please contact us at websales@dsasignage.com for a Return Authorization number.

  • Eligible returns must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Be sure to inspect your product upon receipt to make sure your product arrives in perfect shape.
  • All returns require prior authorization, must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it in.
  • Stock products are eligible for return or exchange.Custom products and sizes are only returnable due to defect.
  • There is a 25% restocking fee for returns on non-defective products.

Acceptance of returns is at the sole discretion of DSA. DSA reserves the right to examine defective units to determine the cause of failure. If, during its examination, DSA finds that the unit is defective, DSA will, at no charge, replace or repair the defective part. Any malfunction found to have been caused by freight damage or improper installation will be repaired at DSA's normal service rates. Freight damage claims must be made by the Customer to the delivering carrier.

Our product warranty does not cover damage associated with misuse, accident, incorrect building wiring, improper installation and connection, customer modifications, failure to perform proper maintenance, or improper operating conditions in violation of the instructions furnished. Nor does it cover damage caused by repairs, defacement or any alterations not done by DSA. Any of the above may also void the UL listing. Acrylic and lighting technology are provided as a courtesy and are not covered under warranty.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, less the restocking fee if the returned product is found non-defective.

If your refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days from receipt of the eligible returned product.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will gladly exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at websales@dsaphototech.com to initiate an exchange. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should ship your product to: 16961 Central Avenue, Carson, CA US 90746.

Return shipping fees are the customers responsibility and are non-refundable. If you choose, DSA may facilitate return shipping, and fee's will be deducted from your refund. In cases of damage or defect, DSA will reimburse return shipping. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
